Or could the Easter dance have taken place in Egypt or how about Turkey? That would be suicide for the participants of course, but why can they not do it there? Damascus, Alexandria, and Istanbul (Constantinople) used to be Christian. These cities were not only Christian, but they were the home to three of the five patriarchs of the Church. Why are they not Christian today? Because Islam took them and has forced the inhabitants to convert. Would we stand if Rome fell today? No way.
