A group of Jews with young children visited the Temple Mount only to be confronted by a mob. Instead of being relegated to the wall for retaining dirt (The Western Wall) of the Mount, they actually went to what is really Holy, the Mount itself. What happens is a travesty. When will they take back what is rightfully theirs? (See video below)

The Mosque on the Mount - Protector or Problem
The Mosque on the Mount - Desiring God: "For the past 13 centuries a mosque has occupied the temple’s former site. It is not a sign of God’s endorsement on Islam. Rather, it is an unwitting guardian of the new covenant reality. God wants the temple gone, not because Judaism is destroyed, but because in Jesus it is fulfilled."
The Temple Mount no longer is the place where God dwells on Earth. However, it is still a very holy place. Not because of what it is today, but because of what it once was. Many believe that it is the foundation stone, the very place where the Earth was first formed. It was the place where Isaac was tested by God. Jesus was in the temple and God the Father was there.
We visit many places of interest because of what they once were; the Roman Colosseum, Athens, past battle fields. They all represent meaningful moments in our history. The Temple Mount represents a moment in our history when God the creator chose a special people to be His own and to dwell with them. Let us view the Mount with a special eye to the past and a vision for the future. Another temple will be built there. Some day soon, an event will take place and the Dome will fall only to be replaced by a better structure. No. God will not dwell there this time. We are His temple now. But it will be built and it will be soon. Pray for the Jews that they will see His Son as He is. The Messiah they have waited millennia for who was, is, and is to come.
Muslim Temple Mount Digs
Report on Muslim Temple Mount Digs to Be Declassified? - Defense/Middle East - Israel News - Israel National News: "Muslim authorities on the Temple Mount have taken advantage of the relative confusion and demoralization in Israel in the years since the launch of the 2000 'Oslo War' to conduct illicit excavations at Judaism's holiest site, bring in generators and carry out other provocations."
This short article is excellent in how it highlights the complete lack of oversight of the Temple Mount by Israeli authorities. It is mystifying to think that they have given carte blanche access to the Mount and whatever is underneath it to its Muslim caretakers. How much damage must be done before the Israeli government comes to its senses and stops the madness? Take it. It is yours.
The Temple Mount, the Most Holy Place on Earth, Trampled Underfoot by Rioting Palestinians
Is Israel really in control of the Temple Mount? Why is their most Holy site treated in this manner? Certainly the Palestinians were tempting the Jews to react, but they did not take the bait. However, one must ask why this is allowed in the broader sense. Israel has control of Jerusalem. It is time to take control of the Temple Mount. Watch the video to see what is allowed and realize that Jews and Christians cannot even bow their head in prayer on the Mount for fear of offending the Muslims.
The Western (or Wailing) Wall is an Embarrassment to the Jewish People
ynetnews.com [During the Six-Day War] Mordechai Gur indeed announced that [the] “Temple Mount is in our hands,” yet the focal point of the national and paratroop festivities was shifted to the Western Wall plaza. People forgot that while the Kotel is the closest thing to the real thing, it is not the thing itself. Our ancient forefathers clung to the Western Wall in the past for lack of any other choice. The Western Wall, the wall at which Jewish people pray to God, is just a retaining wall holding up dirt. There is nothing special about this wall albeit the dirt is on the Temple Mount. The Temple Mount is the most Holy place on Earth to Jews. It is in their hands, yet they will not take it lest an uprising of Muslims makes life difficult for them. However, life is already made difficult for them in the current situation. Muslims view this site as their 3rd most holy site because Mohammad was supposedly supposed to have ascended to heaven there.
As you can see on the right, there are trees above the wall. There are no buildings. It is retaining dirt. The true Holy place is on top of the wall, on the grounds and primarily under the golden dome.
Notice the circled area in the photo above. It is the Western retaining wall. There are many Jewish worshipers there making their prayers facing the dirt. Also notice the people on the mount all around the golden dome. Very few Jews go on the mount. Why?
And the most Holy place is the Foundation Stone seen below which resides under the dome.
Jewish Community Voice: "For almost 20 years, from 1948-1967, a Jew was not permitted to visit the Kotel Hamaaravy. Presently, day-by-day thousands upon thousands or our people stream to the Kotel, which is the heart of united Jerusalem. Unknowingly, these pilgrims relive their spiritual heritage and offer their supplications in the very area where hundreds of thousands of their forefathers gathered on the high holy days to hear the High Priest offer prayers of forgiveness for the sins of our people and to supplicate for a year of peace and prosperity for the 12 tribes of Israel.
For years, rabbis have forbidden access to the Mount for conforming Jews while others, primarily Muslims, have trampled and modified the mount practically at will. It was time in 1967 and it is time now for the Jewish people to stop praying at a dirt retaining wall and take back the Temple Mount.
Rabbi calls for sacrifice on Temple Mount
Rabbi calls for sacrifice on Temple Mount - Israel Jewish Scene, Ynetnews: "The annual attempts to resume the Passover sacrifice received a first significant rabbinical backing recently. Safed's Chief Rabbi Shmuel Eliyahu, a prominent religious Zionism leader, has called on the public to perform the sacrifice mitzvah on the eve of the Jewish holiday, in about two weeks."
Ever wonder how the Jewish faith transformed after the destruction of the Temple in AD 70? How did the followers of Judaism go from making sacrifices at the temple for the sins that they committed to not making any sacrifices at all? How do they now think their sins are forgiven? They do believe, as Christians do, that without blood, there is no remission of sin.
israelnationalnews.com As the holiday of Passover (Pesach) nears, interest focuses on the Temple Mount, where the Torah mandates that at least one Paschal sacrifice for the entire nation – and ideally, one for each household – should be offered on Passover.
Perhaps subsequent generations take passages such as the Prayer of Azariah and use it as a substitute:
However, the Jew that is honest with himself still longs for the day of a rebuilt temple where sacrifice can be made. A day is approaching where a rebuilt temple will stand on the Temple Mount. Look for the signs that will precede that day. It is coming.[14] For we, O Lord, are become less than any nation, and be kept under this day in all the world because of our sins.[15] Neither is there at this time prince, or prophet, or leader, or burnt offering, or sacrifice, or oblation, or incense, or place to sacrifice before thee, and to find mercy.[16] Nevertheless in a contrite heart and an humble spirit let us be accepted.[17] Like as in the burnt offerings of rams and bullocks, and like as in ten thousands of fat lambs: so let our sacrifice be in thy sight this day, and grant that we may wholly go after thee: for they shall not be confounded that put their trust in thee.
Video of Temple Mount from Jewish Perspective
This is a video of Rabbi Chaim Richman in his 2005 tour of the Temple Mount. It is very informative and gives one a perspective of the holiness of God. Remember that this is the spot were God's presence dwelt on Earth. The Temple Mount was taken by Israel during the Six Day War in 1967. However, they have left virtual control of the area in Muslim hands ever since. There is an Israeli police presence, but the Muslim Waqf essentially calls the shots. This video will give you a greater appreciation for the Temple Mount's importance and why it should no longer be in Muslim control.

Sarah Palin and the Temple Mount
Sarah Palin recently made a trip to Jerusalem where she lamented the restriction on public prayers on the Temple Mount, restrictions for those other than Muslims. "Why are you apologizing all the time", she says.
Good question. The city as well as the surrounding tiny country is Israel's. They have fought several recent wars to determine whose land it actually is and have won against enormous odds. The land was given to them thousands of years ago - by God. Compare the land mass to those Muslim countries that surround it. If these other countries are so eager to find the Palestinians land, then why don't they donate some of their own?
Peace negotiations have revolved around "land for peace". If Israel gives land, then the Palestinians will give peace. That is lopsided. How about peace for peace? It is doubtful there would be true peace if land were given. Just look at Gaza and the other areas land has been given. Only continued rockets and bombings result.
No. Israel should not apologize for being Israel and they should stop the Islamic activity on the most holy site in the world, the Temple Mount.
UFO Drops Baby Off at Temple Mount
There have been separate reports lately that a UFO has landed or flown around the temple mount. See video below:
A few days later, there have also been reports that an abandoned baby has been dropped off at the Temple Mount.
Some have put these two events together to say that the UFO has dropped off the baby and that perhaps that baby could be the baby Jesus or, if the UFO was a hoax, it could be the anitchrist.
Bottom line: The video was some sort of a hoax. There was no UFO's flying around the dome of the rock. UFOs may have some demonic aspects to them, but there are no little green men flying around in space saucers. Sorry. That would be fun, but its not going to happen. Its about physics and that speed of light thing that gets in the way. Other planets are just too far away. Thank you, Einstein.
As for dropping off the baby Jesus or the antichrist? Not going to happen that way. Jesus will come back and everyone will know it. There will be no question. He will come back in power and might and not in the form of a baby.
There are signs of the end times, but these are not it. Keep waiting, but keep your senses about you.
Update: There were apparently four videos of this "event". However, a 5th video has now surfaced:

Temple Mount Desecration - Videos
The Temple Mount, the place where God's presence dwelt, the Holy of Holies - It is the most holy place on earth to Jews. It is so sacred that there are many that will not even set foot on the Mount itself. When we see Jews praying at the Western, or Wailing, Wall, that is only the wall that borders the Temple Mount. It gets its unique quality from the Temple Mount. There is nothing special about the wall, it is the Mount itself that holds value.
Today, Israel controls the Mount, but relinquishes their control to Muslims who can do most anything there they want there. See the newest video of kids playing soccer on the Mount and others purportedly cursing the camera operator:
A few years ago, Muslims decided to perform construction on the Mount:
They have also built another mosque underground for which they were compelled to extract various loads of materials in a nearby dump. Many are now going through the "garbage" and discovering several archeological finds.
TempleMountIL From Youtube description of video: "From August to September 1996, large-scale construction work was carried out in the Solomon's Stables subterranean chamber and the passageway in the east Hulda gate in order to convert them into a mosque. The work was done by volunteers led by Sheikh Rayadh Salah. The volunteers removed the ancient paving stones, dug up the earth underneath, laid a new floor and installed lighting.
The initial damage caused to the structure of Solomon's Stables lies in the fact that it has been converted into a mosque from its original purpose. The structure is originally Herodian and was an inseparable part of the Temple Mount compound during the Herodian period. Consequently, the structure should be treated as a historic relic of the highest order, its unique ancient character must be preserved and tourists should be allowed to visit it. Turning it into a mosque undermines its standing and enables the Waqf to prevent its preservation as a historical site and bar the entry of visitors. After the Muslims turned the historic structure into a mosque, they barred tourists from entering with the claim that it is "a religious structure." In addition to the considerable damage caused to the original structure, the construction work itself also demolished antiquities."
Israeli Sovereignty on the Temple Mount
Why Israel did not completely take over the Temple Mount in 1967 when they won the 6 Day War is a question that remains unanswered. One could only contemplate that they did not want to make matters worse for themselves in the eyes of the world. However, they had just defeated all of their foes. There is nothing their enemies could do to them. They were the absolute victors. That was the time to remove the mosque and to rebuild the temple. But that was not to be. Now, the Temple Mount is used for Islamic prayers and militant radio broadcasts. Jews and Christians cannot even bow their head in prayer on the Mount during the few times it is available to them.
Below, find a nice video of what the temple would look like.
Report Ready on Israeli Sovereignty on the Temple Mount - Politics & Gov't - Israel News - Israel National News: "The facts are straightforward, Shneller said: “As of a few months ago, the Islamic Waqf [the religious Islamic body that oversees the Temple Mount – ed.] conducted a dig at the Solomon’s Stables area of the Temple Mount, in the south-eastern part of the Mount. It removed truckloads of dirt in order to build a large mosque there, causing mortal harm to historic remnants of the Jewish People. This mosque now functions today.”Look for continued trouble in the news regarding the Temple Mount here. Remember, the rebuilding of the temple is a requirement of the second coming of Christ. Look for it.
